Sylvie is a graduate of the Institute of Conscious Bodywork, Alive and Well!, California. Her training emphasized neuromuscular therapy (trigger points, PNF* stretching), deep tissue and prenatal massages, and foot reflexology. She served as a teacher's assistant for the anatomy, kinesiology and reflexology courses during her training.
She also studied the fields of western herbology and aromatherapy, at the California School of Herbal Studies, the Living Awareness Institute, and the College of Botanical and Healing Arts, in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has taken many workshops in the topics of natural health care, from Ayurvedic medecine to whole food nutrition. She has recently completed a prenatal yoga teacher's training and Reiki level I, to broaden her understanding and experience of healthy living and to help people reaching the next step towards their full potential. She is now about to begin acupuncture studies.

Working alongside experienced herbalists at the Scarlet Sage Herb Co. in San Francisco was a unique and empowering learning experience. She was not only exposed to cutting-edge information in the field of holistic health care, but also to a variety of health modalities seeking to restore health and balance within the mind, body and spirit.
As a massage therapist, she practices deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy, prenatal massage, andfoot reflexology. Additionally, she offers a global approach by dispensing health tips to be incorporated into one's daily routine, thus promoting healthy habits and general well-being.
