Using slower movements and deeper pressure, deep tissue massage aim to reduce muscular and articular tensions and to increase blood circulation while providing a deep sense of well-being. Often time combined with neuromuscular therapy techniques for greater results.

Effective in relieving chronic pain and restoring range of movement using precise techniques and exercices, it adresses imbalances between the musculo-skeletal and nervous systems.
