Rebooking or Cancelling your APPOINTMENT

Sometimes you have to rebook or cancel an APPOINTMENT when the unexpected occurs. With booking here online, you can rebook your session at a time that is more convenient for you.

If you need to cancel, please cancel 48 hours before so that your APPOINTMENT can be given to another person and to ensure that you incur no charges.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before, I will not have sufficient time to rearrange my schedule and you will be charged 100% of the usual fee. This policy is to encourage respect and fairness.
